Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team focused on onboarding new suppliers
  • Own the onboarding process from initial engagement through activation
  • Partner with technical teams to support integrations and resolve issues
  • Ensure all supplier content meets quality standards and is optimized for conversion
  • Improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and playbooks
  • Track and drive performance against onboarding KPIs (time to launch, activation, quality)
  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve processes
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams to share insights and improve the platform
  • Analyze supplier and onboarding data to drive better outcomes
  • Support early-stage supplier success through guidance and best practices
  • Leverage AI to optimize and automate repetitive tasks and processes

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience leading or mentoring a team
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, including with technical teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with external partners or vendors
  • Marketplace, onboarding, or travel industry experience is a plus

Additional Information

  • While we’re excited to grow our team across the U.S., we’re currently unable to hire employees residing in California or New York.
  • This is a remote position, but it is not suitable for digital nomads. Employees must be based in the United States and will have an allocation of time that they can work remotely in other destinations.
  • This role is great for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, works independently, and is always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
