Content Developer (Biology) - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Content Developer (Biology) to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. Expertise in writing, editing, and content development as it relates to Biology is required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods
• A current, in progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD is preferred but not required

Pay

Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonus rates available on some projects. Payment is made via PayPal.
