Content Designer, Programmatic Advertising
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop videos and interactive content.
Maintain content lifecycle for T-Ads Vistar Academy: plan, design, develop and update courses to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
Own the end-to-end experience within courses, ensuring content is intuitive, engaging and aligned to different learning styles (visual, hands-on, self-paced, etc.).
Support collaboration cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing and Customer Success to align messaging and maintain consistency.
Oversee translation workflows to ensure content quality in multiple languages. Collaborate with translators to ensure accuracy, tone and regional relevance.
Complete and submit weekly project status updates.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
2-4 years - Instructional Design experience.

Pay Range
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
