Content Creator

Micro Paradox is looking for a creative, energetic Content Creator to capture and share the daily life of our company. This person will spend much of their time in our laboratories, greenhouses, growing grounds, and shipping areas creating engaging photo and video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on creative role. You will work closely with our production, greenhouse, and sales teams to showcase our products, people, and processes in a way that educates, entertains, and inspires. If you enjoy storytelling, photography, videography, editing, and plants, this is an opportunity to build something unique. Our ideal candidate is naturally curious and enjoys learning how things work. You notice interesting moments that others overlook and know how to turn them into engaging content. You enjoy being behind a camera, editing videos, and finding creative ways to tell stories. You don't need to be a plant expert - we can teach you that! We are looking for someone who is excited to learn, enjoys creating, and wants to help build brands that people genuinely enjoy following. About Us Micro Paradox is a specialty plant laboratory that produces disease-free, lab-propagated plants for commercial nurseries across the United States and internationally. Our plants are grown using tissue culture, a propagation method that ensures they are clean, uniform, and true to type. Micro Paradox offers a unique work environment: a small, highly technical operation where the work is hands-on, our products and services continue to grow and evolve, and the impact of what we produce can be seen in grocery stores and plant nurseries in the United States and beyond.
