About the role
As the Social Content Creator, you're the engine behind our brand's social-first storytelling. You'll own the content creation process end-to-end: ideation, production, publishing, iteration.

- Produce content end-to-end: scripting, shooting (on-camera as the talent when needed), editing, publishing.
- Understand each platform like you built it: optimize for platform culture, not just algorithm metrics.
- Chase trends with good judgment: evaluate trends through a Deel lens, balancing moving fast with keeping the brand coherent and safe.
- Brief and collaborate on larger productions: translate strategy into content at speed, working closely with the Brand Marketing team and Influencer Manager.
- Stay curious about what's changing: track algorithm shifts, new features, emerging creators, and audience thinking about work and hiring.
