ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a strategic, highly organized content marketer to build and manage our organic content engine across social media, editorial, and executive thought leadership. This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop the strategy, turn it into an actionable content calendar, and manage the work from initial idea through production and publication. You will write copy and creative briefs, manage creators and external partners, edit AI-assisted editorial content, and use performance data to continually improve what we produce. The right person combines strong writing and editorial judgment with an understanding of platform trends, creative development, and content operations. You should be equally comfortable identifying a trending TikTok concept, editing a data-driven housing market article, and managing a ghostwriter producing LinkedIn content for a company leader.

About the role

Content & Social Strategy: Own the entire process from planning to creation to publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Creative Development: Develop original content — including writing briefs, crafting a strong hook, and translating trends into content that fits our brand — using data to inform what comes next.
Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination: Build and manage vendor relationships, comfortably coordinating designers, creators, and writers against deadlines.
Content Calendar Management: Create, plan, and manage the content calendar and posting schedule across all platforms.
Community Management: Respond to comments and DMs, handling public feedback and day-to-day community management.
Brand Voice: Bring a strong, smart, and humorous voice to every platform, adapting tone to each channel while staying true to brand identity.
Platform Expertise: Stay current on platform trends and nuances, tailoring content and strategy to what works best on each one.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on messaging, campaigns, and brand voice consistency.
Market & Product Knowledge: Understand real estate market trends by digesting data from our proprietary tool, TrueTracts, to keep content relevant and informed.
