About the Role

We are hiring for two critical functions that require elite attention to detail and a passion for technology, offering different ways to impact the digital landscape:

Role A: Content Moderator (The Guardian)

Focus: Online Safety & Community Integrity

As a Content Moderator, you are the frontline protector of the internet. You will review user-generated content to ensure it meets safety standards and community guidelines.

• Review posts, images, and videos
• Enforce policies with fairness
• Handle sensitive content with empathy
• Support crisis management regarding misinformation

Best For: Individuals with high emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and a desire to make the internet a safer space.

Role B: Content Rating Specialist (The AI Architect)

Focus: Large Language Models (LLM) & AI Training

In this role, you help "teach" AI how to think and communicate. You will interact with cutting-edge AI systems to test their accuracy and refine their logic.

• Beta-test LLMs
• Grade AI responses for accuracy
• Interact with AI from a system perspective
• Extract and annotate data from long-form audio and text

Responsibilities

• Follow complex, evolving client guidelines with precision
• Work with sensitive or repetitive content while maintaining high-quality output
• Make decisions based strictly on provided rubrics, setting aside personal bias
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (Reading, Speaking, Listening)
• An eagle eye for detail
• Resilience when processing sensitive content
