Containment Crew

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Work on a fluctuating schedule based on business needs
• Be on call when scheduled
• Complete required safety training and ongoing training requirements
• Adhere to Titan Solutions Safety policies and OSHA rules and regulations
• Provide customized secondary containment for environmental protection on various oilfield locations
• Prepare building materials and equipment for job
• Care for and maintain tools, equipment, and building materials
• Build, set up, and tear down jobs on various locations including the Titan Yard
• Clean liner, patch, and repair liner in the field and in the Titan Yard
• Drive a company vehicle legally, safely, and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any damage
• Represent Titan Solutions in a professional manner
• Maintain appropriate work relationships
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Assist in other divisions and other tasks as needed

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Good communication and writing skills (English/Spanish)
• Operate a pressure washer and hand tools
• Drive a company vehicle legally, safely, and professionally
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
• Utilize a tape measure
• Work a scheduled-on call work schedule
• Perform calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

Education and Job Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic math skills required
• General labor experience

Computer Proficiency

• Ability to utilize a timekeeping system
• Ability to use a cell phone for time reporting

Training

• Titan Solutions will provide necessary training

Working Conditions

• Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting, bending, working on hands and knees
• Capability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Capability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow)

Travel Requirements

• May be required out of town/state for up to 2 weeks at a time or longer

Pay Range

Pay is based on performance, competencies, seniority - $22 - $24
