About the role

Eberbach is seeking a qualified individual to join our team. This position involves working with our extensive range of laboratory equipment including shakers, cutting mills, blenders, and stirrers. The ideal candidate will support our engineering services and contribute to our custom build projects.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering services and custom build requests
• Assist with product catalog management and updates
• Handle international customer inquiries and orders
• Collaborate with the engineering team on process improvements
• Maintain knowledge of our full product line including environmental chambers, shakers, mills, and blenders
• Provide technical support for reciprocal shakers, orbital shakers, sieve shakers, vortex shakers, and lab mixers
• Assist with E3300, E3500, E3700, and E3800 series mills and accessories
• Support blending operations including Eberbach and Waring blenders

Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory equipment or scientific instruments
• Knowledge of shaker systems, mills, blenders, and stirrers
• Understanding of engineering services and custom build processes
• Experience with international customer service
• Familiarity with product catalogs and inventory management
• Strong technical aptitude for apparatus and laboratory supplies

• Ability to work with diverse product categories including explosion-proof stirrers, high-speed stirrers, and high-torque stirrers
