Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance custom applications and services for Genesys Cloud CX
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities within the contact center ecosystem
- Manage the full development lifecycle, including deployment through CI / CD pipelines
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including routing and APIs
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React and backend platforms such as Node.js or Python
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and CI / CD tools
