About the role
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative (CCR) where you will provide account-related services to members located throughout the world.
Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound contact with clients, received via phone, chat, e-mail and video channels, related to Member Service inquiries and transactions.
- Answer general inquiry questions about members accounts.
- Quickly identify client needs and match it to a product or service.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
- Customer service, retail or call center experience preferred but not required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay & Schedule
- Starting at $22.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience.
- Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm rotating every 3rd weekend.
