- Train new agents and provide ongoing support to improve their performance.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
