- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data handling.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
