Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in using customer relationship management software
