Contact Center Representative

About the role

A Full Time Contact Center Representative is needed at Leading Edge Credit Union, a growing financial institution in SW MN. Hours are Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for members calling into the Credit Union
• Answering general account questions
• Initiating loans
• Assisting with account openings
• Other tasks to efficiently assist members with their needs

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• A professional demeanor
• The ability to efficiently and effectively resolve member issues

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 2-3 years of related experience within the financial institution industry
