About the role

This position is full time with a comprehensive benefit package which includes 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Independently perform a variety of complex duties relating to customer and electronic services, including Internet banking, telephone banking, mobile banking, Bill Pay, and deposit related customer questions.
  • Process transactions, resolve problems, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Receive calls primarily focused on services and on providing support to current customers.
  • Answer inquiries regarding bank products, services, or fees.
  • Respond to customer inquiries using standard scripts, dialogues, or talking points.

Requirements

  • Service-oriented personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred.
