About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently perform a variety of complex duties relating to customer and electronic services, including Internet banking, telephone banking, mobile banking, Bill Pay, and deposit related customer questions.
- Process transactions, resolve problems, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Receive calls primarily focused on services and on providing support to current customers.
- Answer inquiries regarding bank products, services, or fees.
- Respond to customer inquiries using standard scripts, dialogues, or talking points.
Requirements
- Service-oriented personality.
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
Skills
- Customer service skills.
- Computer literacy, especially with banking software and internet tools.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
