Responsibilities

  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction metrics through proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.
