Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between members and the credit union, delivering excellent service across multiple channels.
- Open new accounts, process loan applications, and provide accurate account information.
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls, chats, and tickets, while also making outbound calls as needed.
- Perform daily financial transactions and proactively cross-sell credit union products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a Teller, Member Service Representative (MSR), or in a telephone/sales-focused role.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, PC proficiency, familiarity with standard office equipment (fax, copier, telephone, etc.), and comfort working in a financial institution call center. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and travel occasionally.
