What You Can Expect

• Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information: 5167 Adams Avenue, Washington Terrace, UT 84405
  Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
  Full-time, 40 hours per week
  $15.00 per hour + Bonus + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Affiliate and assist members over the phone with their account needs.
• Process transactions.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required.
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
