Consumer Titles Specialist I

Function Description

The Consumer Titles Specialist I will collaborate with the Consumer Servicing team. This role is key to ensuring the seamless end-to-end title process of collateralized loans and leases.

Responsibilities

• Processing paid in full reports
• Resolving rejections
• Incoming loan packages
• Incoming perfected titles
• Out of state transfer requests
• Completing title documents
• Supporting inbound and outbound calls

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Aptitude for shifting priorities based on business needs
• Collaborative with team members, credit union staff, and members

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year preferably in customer/member service role
• Previous experience with titles helpful
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of consumer lending originations or financial industry experience preferred
