Consumer Testing Associate (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Delivering testing product and ensuring proper consumer test instructions are being followed.
  • Preparing testing product using the protocols designated by the client.
  • Respondent check-in, communicating with recruiters, incentive payouts, and performing light computer and administrative duties.
  • Leading respondents through testing and coordinating sample distribution with servers.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of computers and software programs.
  • Able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours (with breaks).
  • Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with both the public and clients.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various programs (Internet, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
  • Pride in self by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility regarding scheduling, including long hours.

Benefits

  • This is a part-time position offering a flexible schedule with shifts available from Sunday to Saturday.
  • On average, candidates can expect to work 10-18 hours per week (some weeks may offer fewer hours, and some may offer more, depending on business needs).

Pay

The pay for this role starts at $16 per hour.

Schedule

The work schedule is flexible and available from Sunday to Saturday, with an average of 10-18 hours per week.
