About the role

We help consumers dealing with debt-collection harassment, inaccurate credit reporting, robocalls, and unfair or deceptive business practices. Our mission is simple: protect everyday people and hold companies accountable when they break the law.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with clients to gather information and document their experiences
  • Investigate claims thoroughly and efficiently
  • Prepare high-quality draft complaints for attorney review
  • Work closely with attorneys to ensure all legal documents are accurate and complete
  • Manage client communications and maintain detailed case files

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in consumer rights litigation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience working with legal research databases
  • Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
