About the role
We help consumers dealing with debt-collection harassment, inaccurate credit reporting, robocalls, and unfair or deceptive business practices. Our mission is simple: protect everyday people and hold companies accountable when they break the law.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients to gather information and document their experiences
- Investigate claims thoroughly and efficiently
- Prepare high-quality draft complaints for attorney review
- Work closely with attorneys to ensure all legal documents are accurate and complete
- Manage client communications and maintain detailed case files
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in consumer rights litigation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with legal research databases
- Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
