Key Responsibilities

  • Order Consumer Reports: Request motor vehicle records, employment history, PSP, and criminal history reports for driver and student applicants across the network.
  • FCRA Compliance: Process consumer report adverse actions to ensure full compliance with FCRA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all reports ordered and processed to support timely and compliant hiring and enrollment decisions.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in data review and documentation.
  • FCRA Knowledge: Familiarity with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and its requirements regarding consumer reports and adverse actions.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependability: Demonstrated reliability in adhering to a set schedule and completing tasks in a timely manner.
