About the role

We're looking for a Consumer Recruiter to join our team and help focus on hiring. Recruiters are responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal resourcing consultancy service to hiring managers, including advice on all recruitment issues.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification; screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company; implement new processes and fine-tune standard recruiting processes to align with Compact Health Services' mission of delivering the highest quality results.
• Analyze and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
• ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• MS Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
