About the role
R23 Law represents consumers against credit bureaus, banks, debt collectors, and background check companies that impact every American's financial life. We handle cases where clients discover inaccuracies like mortgages they never took out or background checks that cost them jobs due to mistaken identity. This is a hybrid/remote position based in California, with court appearances as needed. You'll work directly with the firm's founder and a full litigation support team, focusing on running cases rather than observing them.
