About the Role
This role is part of the US Consumer Cards organization, a market leader in the credit card industry. US Consumer Cards delivers industry-leading products, advanced services, and payment systems that address clients’ evolving needs. The role sits within the Value team, which manages one of the largest portfolios in US Consumer Cards—with the most cardmembers and generating the highest returns. This portfolio is a strategic focus for the organization due to its size and profitability.
The successful candidate will apply a customer-centric mindset to design and deliver relevant customer communications across the customer lifecycle in collaboration with Marketing, Agency, Digital, and Legal teams. The role will manage all product communications and implement a robust pipeline of updates across various channels and touchpoints to strengthen customer understanding and use of Citi’s Value products (Diamond Preferred, Simplicity, and Secured credit cards).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute customer communications throughout the customer lifecycle and across all channels in partnership with Marketing, Agency, Digital, and Legal teams.
- Support communication strategy design and implementation for ad hoc projects across all customer channels, including new product development and delivery.
- Manage all portfolio marketing assets and related inventory (benefits guide, plastics, etc.).
Requirements
- 6-10 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Project management and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creativity and sense of curiosity; self-motivated.
- Influencing skills—ability to work across multiple teams, functions, and businesses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
Full-time salary range: $142,320.00 - $213,480.00.
