Consumer Music Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Growth Marketing individual to join our team at ElevenLabs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of Eleven Music, our innovative platform that allows anyone to create, remix, and explore soundtracks from a single prompt.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the product’s growth in global markets, including user acquisition, paid marketing, SEO and ASO, lifecycle marketing (email/push), internationalization, and subscription campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with Growth, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to deliver growth outcomes.
• Develop data analyses to better inform marketing strategies, understand users, and drive lasting growth.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling consumer products from the ground up.
• A highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
• Passionate about AI combined with consumer apps, audio, music, and media.
• Analytical, efficient, and a problem solver with a first principles mindset.
• Strives for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
• Takes initiative and works autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
