Consumer Loan Servicing Representative

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation of all consumer loans
• Track documentation for loan and member service functions
• Ensure assets held as collateral by the Credit Union are properly insured and liens are properly perfected
• Follows up on titles not received in a timely manner and contacts appropriate parties for missing documents
• Verifies accuracy of shared pledged for share secured loans
• SUBMIT GAP and CPI claims
• Processes paid off loans and releases titles
• Responds to member requests
• Directs titles to branches for member pick up
• Provides written payoff requests and guarantee of title releases to third parties

Requirements

• One to three years of similar experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge of lending process is helpful
• Very organized and strong record keeping skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Full-time position located in the Dubuque market.
