Consumer Loan Servicing Representative

Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Answers incoming phone calls and chats about servicing current consumer loans
- Affords members by taking payments over the phone through SWBC
- Affords members with payment options, set up and changes
- Completes requests for payment reversals/recasts
- Completes skips and due date change requests
- Gathers loan information and files Gap and CUNA claims
- Affords members with questions on loan products, promotions, and offers
- Completes Q2 digital banking messages
- Performs other duties as assigned to support effective department operations
Other Duties
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

- Regular and predictable attendance
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements
- Minimum High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year financial institution experience
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Demonstrated Knowledge: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft products
- Knowledge of DNA core financial platforms desired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal employees and members on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs.
