Responsibilities
The Consumer Lending Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing a modern, high‑impact roadmap for the bank’s payment and consumer lending products for the consumer, small business and wealth segments. This role leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives, manages vendor and network relationships, and drives performance through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in financial services or retail banking.
- Strong understanding of consumer lending products, regulatory considerations and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex product initiatives and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with vendor management, integrations, and third-party financial services platforms.
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting sales enablement and go-to-market execution preferred.
