We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Our Promise To You" intro, then benefits, schedule, address, job description, knowledge/skills/abilities, required practical knowledge, education, work experience, additional info, licenses, physical requirements, pay range, background screening, EEO. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse content. First, "Our Promise To You" is like about the role? Could be "About the role". We'll put that as

About the role

with paragraph(s) containing that text. Then benefits: list of benefits: "All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: Benefits from Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Paid Time Off from Day One 403-B Retirement Plan 4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental Leave Career Development Whole Person Well-being Resources Mental Health Resources and Support Pet Benefits". That's a list; we can put

Benefits

with
  • each. Schedule: "Schedule Full time Shift Day (United States of America)". So schedule: Full time, Shift Day. We'll put

    Schedule

    with

Full time, Shift Day (United States of America)

    . Pay: "Pay Range $21.77 - $40.48". So

    Pay

    with

    $21.77 - $40.48

. Responsibilities: The job description includes many duties: "Ensures phone staff meet the expectation of delivering high-quality services in a courteous and friendly atmosphere. Schedules staff to provide adequate coverage during all hours of operation using flexible staffing. Other duties as assigned. Provides a safe and complete environment for patient care through operational processes, protocols, inventory control, and equipment checks. Corrects any known deficiencies in patient care delivery. Aids in recruitment, selection, orientation, evaluation of staff, and performance management. Supports, oversees, and manages the productivity and performance of the team. Provides daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure high standards are met. Conducts ongoing call review, coaching, and education for contact center representatives. Oversees development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standardized processes and metrics." We can put that as

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each bullet. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list: "Customer Focus, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Informing Others, Process Improvement, Problem Solving, People Skills, Teamwork, People Management, Managing Processes, Emphasizing Excellence." That's a list; could be under Skills or Requirements. The spec says we can have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide where to put each. We have "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" which is essentially skills. Could be

      Skills

with list. Then "Required Practical knowledge and experience..." etc. That's more like qualifications/requirements. We'll put under

      Requirements

with list items. Education: "Education Associate [Required] Field Of Study N/A". That's a qualification; could be under Qualifications. We'll put

      Qualifications

with paragraph: Associate degree required (or equivalent). Also mention equivalent combination. Work Experience: list of experience requirements. Could be under Requirements as well, but we already have Requirements. Could combine. But spec says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could merge Education and Experience into Qualifications. However we already have Requirements for skills/knowledge. Let's think. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (knowledge/skills/abilities?), Qualifications (education/experience), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we also have "Additional Information" about equivalent combination, licenses, physical requirements, background screening, EEO. We should drop boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Physical requirements link maybe we can include as a note? It's not boilerplate; it's a link to physical requirements. Could be included under Requirements? Might be considered extra info but not required to be a section. We could include a short paragraph under Requirements or Additional Info but spec says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical requirements link is not exactly boilerplate; it's a requirement. Could be included as a note under Requirements. Background screening requirement: also a requirement; could be included. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the equivalent combination statement, licenses (N/A), physical requirements link, background screening info, and maybe address? Address is given: "Address 2600 Westhall Ln City Maitland State Florida Postal Code 32751". Should we include that? It's not a section heading but could be part of About the role or a separate paragraph. Since we have no heading for address, we can include it in a paragraph under About the role or as a separate

after About the role. The spec says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Address is minor metadata; we can include in a short

. Similarly, "Schedule Full time Shift Day (United States of America)" we already have schedule section. Now, we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Let's structure:

      Schedule

Full time, Shift Day (United States of America)

We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. We removed EEO etc. We kept all substantive info: promise, address, responsibilities, knowledge/skills/abilities, education, experience, licenses, physical requirements link, background screening, benefits, pay, schedule. We didn't include "Job Description" heading; we used Responsibilities. We didn't include "Additional Information" heading; we folded into Qualifications. We didn't include "Working Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications preferred." Actually that is part of Required Practical knowledge: "Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and technological aptitude to master additional programs and technologies, including CRM, telephony, electronic health records, and other potential systems." and "Working Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications preferred." We missed that. Need to include that in Requirements or Qualifications. Let's add a bullet under Requirements: "Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and technological aptitude to master additional programs and technologies, including CRM, telephony, electronic health records, and other potential systems." Also "Working Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications preferred." Could be separate bullet. Also "Knowledge of KPIs and Contact Center Best Practices." and "Ability to work with internal and external partners to improve patient care coordination." and "Responsive to ever-changing healthcare landscape with demonstrated interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills, maintaining confidence, confidentiality, integrity, and objectivity." and "Proficient in time management with superior prioritization skills, strong problem-solving skills, able to handle complex scenarios, and effective at leading by example." and "Demonstrated ability in successfully collaborating with multiple departments and strong organizational and coordination skills." and "Effective communicator in English, both orally and in writing, with the ability to use discretion when discussing confidential personnel or consumer-related issues." and "Self-motivator, quick thinker, proactive, detail- and results-oriented with a demonstration of regular, consistent, and punctual attendance." and "Healthcare/Physician Office Scheduling,
