Ambassador Overview

The Consumer Engagement Team at Strategic Brands is dedicated to driving energy and excitement through engaging consumer experiences. Our mission is to bring the Monster Energy brand to life by fostering impactful relationships and generating trial through strategic consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Cans in Hands: Travel to local Monster branded events to sample and merchandise Monster Energy products, aiming to increase consumer trial and brand awareness.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the Monster Energy brand authentically, encouraging others to engage with and try our products.
• Building Impactful Relationships: Work closely with key accounts to enhance sales opportunities and build lasting connections.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• May require occasional travel.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be flexible and adaptable, capable of working various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must be willing to commute to a storage warehouse located in 21090 zip code.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• May be required to travel when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts (2 shifts per month required) including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
• Must be willing to commute to a storage warehouse located in 21090 zip code.

Pay

Monster Energy offers a competitive hourly pay range of $20 - $21 USD for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Schedule

Scheduled hours are up to management discretion.
