Consumer Engagement Ambassador - Monster Energy

Ambassador Overview

The Consumer Engagement Team is dedicated to creating excitement and enthusiasm for Monster Energy. Ambassadors are responsible for energizing crowds through sampling and merchandising, and building impactful relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Cans in Hands: Generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling and approach consumers who need energy.
• Brand Ambassador: Embody the Monster Energy brand and excite others about our product.
• Building Impactful Relationships: Enhance opportunities for the sales division by building and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
• Consumer Engagement: Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling, approach consumers who “need” energy, distribute POS as required to consumers, and ensure professional interactions with consumers.
• Merchandising: Merchandise MEC products in the cold vault and in coolers, conduct routine store checks, and ensure correct and accurate display of Point of Sale (POS).

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• May be required to travel when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must be able to commute to a storage warehouse located in 21090 zip code.

Pay

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $20 - $21 USD.

Schedule

Scheduled hours up to Management discretion.
