Job Description

• Maintaining and verifying client accounts
• Verifying household ledgers (grocery, cash, EBT)
• Processing payments and managing bills for supported individuals
• Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Timely and professional communication with external Representative Payees
• Preparing annual Individual Financial Plans (IFP) for clients
• Developing and submitting monthly expense reports
• Ensuring client funds are handled in accordance with Washington Administrative codes
• Maintaining regular communication with supervisor and attending management team meetings as needed
• Maintaining accurate tracking of all financial transactions for consumers and clear records for auditory purposes

Qualifications

• Experience with I/DD population preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of financial, accounting, banking and account reconciliation procedures
• Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
