As a Consumer Banking Product Supervisor - Training Developer with Frost, you are our customer experience champion. You will lead a team of Customer Experience Analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze the effectiveness of strategies and processes. You will be a leader at heart and are excited to mentor and develop your team. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Consumer Experience Analysts and execute policies and procedures in alignment with the company's strategic objectives
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze the effectiveness of current product strategies and processes, and develop recommendations for improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for line of business stakeholders to assign product work deliverables to other team members
