Responsibilities
- Fields calls from consumers related to complaints, feedback, appreciation, and general inquiries.
- Maintains respectful and tactful communication at all times when interacting with customers.
- Counsels analysis of information, and designs and distributes reports to groups or individuals.
- Supports technical customer management with documents, specifications, etc. and supports timely efficient communication.
- Affixes with audit functions of quality and food safety systems.
- Reviews and confirms information which may include source documents, policies, customer complaints, etc.
- Coodinates materials or special projects for assigned technical staff or individual which may include preparing reports, distributing, and editing, formatting, and proofreading material.
- Maintains records and data utilizing various systems to organize and maintain filing systems for the rapid retrieval of information as needed.
- Liaises with various plant technical service staff to assure accurate, timely distribution of information.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Special Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent public relations skills, including courteous, tactful, and good verbal communication. Ability to protect sensitive and confidential information.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $XX/X per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
