Consulting Utility Forester
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the description. First, there is an introductory paragraph: "We are currently looking to add a Consulting Utility Forester/Work Planner to our team! ..." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in
. Then "WHAT WE OFFER:" list of benefits. That's Benefits section. Also includes "Industry competitive pay." That's pay info. So we could have Benefits and maybe Pay separate? The instruction: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state "Industry competitive pay." That's pay. Could be separate Pay section. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine pay into Benefits? But they have separate headings for Benefits and Pay. Since we have pay info, we could make a Pay section with that line. Benefits section can list other benefits. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. Responsibilities: There's "WHAT YOU WILL DO:" with sub-sections: Pre-Patrol Preparation, Field Patrol Duties, Landowner & Stakeholder Engagement, Vegetation Management & Compliance, Coordination & Safety, Additional Responsibilities. Also later there is a second "WHAT YOU WILL DO:" for Work Planner with Safety & Compliance, Field Operations, Customer & Stakeholder Relations, Emergency Response & Other Responsibilities. So responsibilities combine both sets. Requirements: "WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:" appears twice: first for Consulting Utility Forester/Work Planner (general) and second for Work Planner specific. Also there is "WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:" which could be Qualifications or Skills? They said use Qualifications for maybe preferred qualifications. We'll treat "WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:" as Requirements (mandatory). "WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:" as Qualifications (preferred). Also there is "Working Environment", "Physical", "Company Overview", etc. Those could be additional sections like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. We could omit or maybe put under Responsibilities? Probably better to omit as not matching allowed headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot drop details. But we can incorporate them into existing sections like Responsibilities or Requirements? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." But we must preserve all substantive information; we cannot drop details. However we can embed details within sections, not necessarily as separate headings. So we can include Working Environment and Physical details within Responsibilities or maybe a new section like "Working Conditions" but not allowed heading. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should not create other headings. So we must fit all info under those headings. We can create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Skills? Could combine skills into Requirements/Qualifications. But we have a heading Skills allowed. Could put skills there. But we already have Requirements and Qualifications. Might be redundant. Better to use Requirements for mandatory, Qualifications for preferred, Skills for specific abilities (like GIS, communication). But we can also just use Requirements and Qualifications and omit Skills if not needed. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid creating many thin sections. We'll aim for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. That's six sections. Now we need to extract content. About the role: The introductory paragraph up to "WHAT WE OFFER:" maybe. Let's capture: "We are currently looking to add a Consulting Utility Forester/Work Planner to our team! If you are an energetic professional who enjoys working outdoors, values the freedom of working independently, enjoys a fast-paced environment and the challenges of a rewarding profession, consider a career in vegetation management with ArborMetrics. Now Pay: we have "Industry competitive pay." Already listed in Benefits but we could separate. Since we have Benefits section, we could keep pay inside Benefits. But we have a Pay heading allowed; we could make a short Pay section with that line, and Benefits section without the pay line. However we must preserve all info; we can put pay in Pay section and keep other benefits in Benefits.
Thus:
Pay: Industry competitive pay.
Benefits: list remaining items.
Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those paragraphs at end.
Also remove "Company Overview", "Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test..." etc. That's boilerplate/legal; remove.
