We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse the description. First paragraph: "We are currently looking to add a Consulting Utility Forester to our team! If you are an energetic professional who enjoys working outdoors, values the freedom of working independently, enjoys a fast-paced environment and the challenges of a rewarding profession, consider a career in vegetation management with ArborMetrics. Some of the most important characteristics of an AMS Utility Forester are a desire to learn, an ability to adapt, and a commitment to engage in safe, constructive interactions with the public. You are accountable for advancing a culture of safety and excellence while providing quality and value to our customers and clients." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". Then "What We Offer" list: bullet points: Industry competitive pay. Company vehicle with a fuel card for work purposes. Day 1 of Employment: Medical/Dental/Vision/VOYA/Paid Holidays/EAP (Full-Time Employees). After 3 months: 401K, Life Insurance, Vacation Accrual, Short and Long-term Disability, Paid Maternity Leave. Paid Sick Time. Weekly Pay Cycle. Participation in Performance Incentive Bonus and Referral Bonus Program. Company sponsored Boot and clothing program (Full-Time Employees). Ongoing training and assistance with obtaining industry certifications. That's benefits and pay. Pay: "Industry competitive pay." Also "Weekly Pay Cycle." Could be Pay section. Benefits: rest. Then "What You Will Do" with subheadings: Pre-Patrol Preparation, Field Patrol Duties, Landowner & Stakeholder Engagement, Vegetation Management & Compliance, Coordination & Safety, Additional Responsibilities. Those are responsibilities. Then "What You Need To Have": list of requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree... Experience... Knowledge... Valid driver’s license... Experience with GIS... Must be able to work alone... Must have exceptional interpersonal... etc. Then "What Would Be Amazing To Have": Certified ISA Arborist is a plus. Being Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus. Utility line clearance or tree trimming experience. Then "Working Environment": description of environment. Then "Physical": description of physical demands. Then "Company Overview": description of ArborMetrics. Then "Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test and a criminal background check. All candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record. AMS is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. EOE/AA : Minority/Female/ Vets/ Disabled." That's boilerplate EEO; we should remove. Then "Important Information For Applicants": includes Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC ... etc. That's also boilerplate/legal; remove. Thus we need sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (the "What You Will Do" with subpoints), Requirements (What You Need To Have), Skills? Could combine "What Would Be Amazing To Have" as preferred qualifications or skills. Could make a Skills section for those plus maybe "Certified ISA Arborist is a plus. Being Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus. Utility line clearance or tree trimming experience." Could be "Preferred Qualifications". But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use Qualifications for "What Would Be Amazing To Have"? Or Skills for that. Requirements for mandatory. Skills for preferred. Benefits: from What We Offer (excluding pay). Pay: "Industry competitive pay." and "Weekly Pay Cycle." Could be Pay. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like "Industry competitive pay.", "Company vehicle with a fuel card for work purposes.", "Day 1 of Employment: Medical/Dental/Vision/VOYA/Paid Holidays/EAP (Full-Time Employees)." etc. We need to format lists appropriately. Let's structure:

    About the role

But we need to decide if we want to keep the bold tags? The instruction didn't forbid using inside
  • . It's okay. But we could just keep plain text. However we need to preserve the content; using bold is fine. Alternatively we could separate each bullet with heading inside? Not needed. Now Requirements:

    Requirements

    • Associate or bachelor’s degree in forestry, natural resources, or related discipline or equivalent work experience (education may be required dependent on client contract)
    • Experience in forestry, arboriculture, horticulture or tree-related green industry preferred
    • Knowledge or practical experience in tree identification
    • Knowledge of common computer applications and ability to learn new programs
    • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
    • Experience with GIS software/technology as well as Microsoft Suite and an iPhone
    • Must be able to work alone, outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain
    • Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities and show attention to detail
    Now Skills (preferred):

    Skills

    • Certified ISA Arborist is a plus
    • Being Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus
    • Utility line clearance or tree trimming experience
    Now Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Company vehicle with a fuel card for work purposes
    • Day 1 of Employment: Medical/Dental/Vision/VOYA/Paid Holidays/EAP (Full-Time Employees)
    • After 3 months: 401K, Life Insurance, Vacation Accrual, Short and Long-term Disability, Paid Maternity Leave
    • Paid Sick Time
    • Participation in Performance Incentive Bonus and Referral Bonus Program
    • Company sponsored Boot and clothing program (Full-Time Employees)
    • Ongoing training and assistance with obtaining industry certifications
    Now Pay:

    Pay

    • Industry competitive pay
    • Weekly Pay Cycle
We might also include "Industry competitive pay." as a benefit? But we separated. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. We removed EEO, legal, etc. Check if any content missing: The "Company Overview" paragraph about ArborMetrics: "ArborMetrics (AMS) is a leading provider of vegetation and asset management consulting services to the utility industry. Successful professionals at AMS have come from a variety of backgrounds, including forestry, arboriculture, natural resource management, biology, landscape maintenance, horticulture, nursery management, environmental sciences, geology, agriculture, parks & recreation management, urban forestry, geography, and more." That's substantive; we should include it. Where? Could be under About the role or a separate section like "Company Overview". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add it under About the role as additional paragraph. Or we could create a separate section like "About the company" but not in list. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, but we should prefer those. It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate company overview into About the role. Thus add a second paragraph under About the role: "ArborMetrics (AMS) is a leading provider of vegetation and asset management consulting services to the utility industry. Successful professionals at AMS have come from a variety of backgrounds, including forestry, arboriculture, natural resource management, biology, landscape maintenance, horticulture, nursery management, environmental sciences, geology, agriculture, parks & recreation management, urban forestry, geography, and more." Now also we have "Physical" section describing physical demands. That's substantive. Should we include? It's not in the list but we could include as a separate section maybe "Physical Requirements". But the instruction says prefer few substantive sections; we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separate section "Physical Demands". However we have not used Qualifications; we could use Qualifications for physical? But Qualifications is more like qualifications/education. Physical demands could be part of Requirements. But we already have Requirements covering education, experience, etc. Physical demands could be added as another bullet under Requirements. That seems appropriate. Thus add bullet: "Must have sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a field environment; to walk up to 10 miles per day, stand, sit, and operate a motor vehicle for prolonged periods of time; to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, run, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp and make repetitive hand, arm and shoulder movement in
