Job Description And Duties

Under direction of the Assistant Chief Psychologist of CONREP Operations, the Consulting Psychologist is responsible for monitoring the performance of Forensic Conditional Release Program (CONREP) programs including CONREP Continuum programs (e.g., FACT programs, STRP programs) and responsible for performing other functions related to policy. Incumbent will assist the CONREP Assistant Chief Psychologist, or designee, with identifying and addressing programmatic issues and operational needs in order to effectively implement and support existing community programs and support the procurement and activation of new community programs, with the ultimate goal of expanding the number of CONREP programs. This may include providing support for the planning, implementation, and oversight of outpatient services for persons released by the state hospitals and placed into CONREP facilities.
