Consulting Program Manager

About the role

The Consulting Program Manager will lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans to meet client needs and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Provide regular progress reports and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or client-facing strategic roles.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

Pay

Salary range: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
