About the role

As a Salesforce & Process Optimization Consulting Principal (AD level), you will drive end-to-end Salesforce-enabled transformation initiatives, delivering scalable solutions that optimize operations and enhance customer, patient, and employee experiences. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT to modernize workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead Salesforce transformation engagements, including discovery, solution design, and delivery across multi-cloud implementations. Drive enterprise process optimization by assessing current-state workflows and designing future-state solutions using Lean and automation frameworks. Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, including user stories, process maps, and solution architectures. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Operations, IT, and Compliance) to ensure scalable adoption and alignment with business objectives. Lead stakeholder engagement through workshops, executive presentations, and change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce transformation engagements, including discovery, solution design, and delivery across multi-cloud implementations.
  • Drive enterprise process optimization by assessing current-state workflows and designing future-state solutions using Lean and automation frameworks.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, including user stories, process maps, and solution architectures.
  • Possess hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
  • Ensure scalable adoption and alignment with business objectives by partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage stakeholders through workshops, executive presentations, and change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including configuration, solution design, and multi-cloud implementations.
  • Strong process consulting experience with expertise in workflow analysis, process mapping, and operational transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, facilitate workshops, and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Consultant-level).
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, technology, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in change management, user adoption, and operating model design.
  • Ability to establish governance frameworks for data quality, security, and platform scalability.

Qualifications

Pay

$165,000–$194,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you’re engaged in, as well as business and client requirements.
