Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to streamline patient care and ensure effective and culturally appropriate care plans.
• Review and approve care plans to ensure they meet medical standards and are tailored to each patient's needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
• Conduct weekly consultations to provide guidance and support to healthcare providers.
• Stay up to date on best practices in patient care and healthcare coordination.

Requirements

• A Medical Doctor licensed in California.
• Completion of cultural competency training.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• A passion for improving patient outcomes through collaborative care.
