About the role

Cognizant Consulting is seeking an experienced change management leader to drive adoption, user readiness, and business value realization at scale for Microsoft Copilot and related AI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead AI adoption and organizational change initiatives, conduct AI readiness assessments, design and deliver training curricula, and define KPIs and success metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise AI adoption and organizational change initiatives focused on Microsoft Copilot and related AI technologies.
  • Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop actionable adoption roadmaps.
  • Design and deliver Copilot and AI adoption training curricula.
  • Create learning assets, enablement materials, and user adoption programs.
  • Define and track AI adoption KPIs, success metrics, and value realization outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Create communication strategies that promote AI awareness and responsible usage.

Requirements

  • Enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or change management experience.
  • Experience leading AI adoption, Microsoft 365 transformation, or Copilot enablement programs.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci.
  • Experience designing training and user enablement programs.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

  • Prosci certification or equivalent.
  • MICF-900 certification.
  • Experience building champion communities.
  • Multi-geo deployment experience.
  • Power BI adoption analytics experience.
