Consulting CAAS Senior Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting CAAS Senior Manager to lead a team of consultants and accountants in providing accounting and advisory services to various organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting or within an accounting department, with a proven progression in complexity and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects related to accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients on accounting standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to a team of consultants and accountants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners, directors, and senior managers across the firm on cross-functional and cross-service line initiatives.
• Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, issues, and challenges in the accounting and consulting industry.
• Demonstrate leadership, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the firm's values and mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, required with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or Economics, preferred.
• Seven (7) years’ experience in public accounting or within an accounting department, demonstrating a proven progression in complexity, scope, required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams), required.
• Experience using Caseware, preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, Munis, Incode, preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, preferred.
• Experience in leading large-scale projects, preferred.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferred.
