Consulting Analyst - Health Strategy, Provider Advisory - Campus 2027

About the role
Consulting Analysts support project teams both on client engagements (on and off-site) and internal projects. Responsibilities include client and project management, data and information analysis, solution implementation, and generation of project results. You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance, best practices, and benchmarks. The role involves supporting the development and creation of quality deliverables for essential project workstreams.
Travel may be required up to 75% of the time, depending on client needs.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program through Fall 2026, graduating by Summer 2027
- No prior work experience required (0 years minimum)
- Must not require sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States; excludes F-1 or J-1 visa holders
Qualifications
- Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, or similar is preferred
- Previous internship or work experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Business Analytics software (Access, SAS, or R) and/or SQL
- Strong knowledge of healthcare research resources
- Excellent quantitative and organizational skills
- Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $51,000.00–$85,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
