Consulting AI Director

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery within the Legal & Accounting space. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only. No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the AI vision for consulting services at the company
• Translate firm strategy and use cases into a prioritized AI roadmap
• Advise executives on scaling and redirecting AI efforts based on business value
• Partner with practice leaders to redesign service delivery around AI-enabled workflows
• Evaluate AI’s impact on pricing, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation
• Convert consulting needs into structured technical requests for AI capabilities
• Drive the development of practical enablement approaches for staff upskilling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional credential preferred
• 12+ years of experience in consulting, AI transformation, or digital strategy
• Proven ability to apply AI in redesigning business processes and workflows
• Strong grasp of consulting economics including pricing and profitability
• Deep knowledge of modern AI technologies and solution patterns
• Exceptional critical-thinking and decision-making skills
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder-influence capabilities

Pay

$214,100 – $405,900 annually
