Consulting Account Lead IV, Google Cloud
About the role
The Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) team is evolving to meet the demands of enterprise AI transformation. As a Consulting Account Lead (CAL), you will be the single point of accountability for shaping, orchestrating, and delivering our most strategic customers' transformation journeys. You will act as the senior trusted advisor to C-suite executives, defining the ambitious goals and ensuring they realize business value from their investment in Google Cloud and Google AI.
Responsibilities
- Be the lead Customer Experience and Transformation advisor for C-suite and executive stakeholders, and develop and deliver industry-specific points of view on how Google Cloud and Google AI drive measurable business value, market differentiation, and return on investment.
- Own the services strategy, shaping the customer's transformation journey by creating roadmaps, proposals, and delivery plans linked to business objectives.
- Manage cloud delivery programs with key customers, ensuring successful execution and quality across the customer, partners, and Google Cloud Consulting.
- Establish program operating models to ensure accountability and alignment. Orchestrate resources across the Customer Experience (CEx) organization and advocate for the customer with cross-functional teams.
- Be a change agent focused on navigating organizational complexities to ensure the successful adoption of the platform, owning the plan to activate and drive usage of Google Cloud and AI Solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in a customer-facing role in management consulting, enterprise technology business, or professional services.
- Experience leading business or cloud technology transformation programs for enterprise organizations.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
- Experience orchestrating multi-workstream programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams in a matrixed organization.
- Experience building business cases and articulating the ROI of technology investments to executive stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem and familiarity with the enterprise AI/ML landscape and concepts of agentic transformation.

Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $195000 - $272000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Schedule
Flexible, with the expectation of being on the customer site approximately 50% of the time.
