About the role
We are looking for a Consultant Software (ITSM or GMAO) to join our team in St Herblain-Périphérie de Nantes. The role involves working with large customers to formalize and implement ISILOG's ITSM/GMAO solution. Key responsibilities include client needs analysis, solution configuration, user support, and regular travel (20-40 nights/year).
Responsibilities

- Regular travel to client sites
Requirements
- Good understanding of ITSM and GMAO concepts
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Easy Vista
- Experience with GMAO tools like Carl or Astech
- Experience integrating ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
