About the role

Within our Aerospace & Defense practice, you will help clients tackle major digital-transformation challenges through SAP S/4HANA projects. Our goal is to enable large enterprises to fully leverage SAP S/4HANA’s technological advances and openness via our “Renewable Enterprise” approach. This specific project supports a defense-sector industrial player across four manufacturing sites, implementing a 100 % French SAP S/4 MPS (ePPDS) solution for 300 users with an eight-person dedicated team. The engagement is a full rebuild of the planning information system, covering Master Planning and DRP through Build and Deploy phases.

Responsibilities

  • Design the overall and detailed solution architecture.
  • Configure SAP in line with business requirements.
  • Perform functional and technical tests to ensure quality.
  • Lead the cut-over and provide post Go-live support for a smooth transition.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) and at least five years of experience deploying SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and the latest S/4HANA innovations.
  • Expertise in SAP ePPDS, essential for leading the solution.
  • Proficiency integrating with PP and MM modules to ensure functional and technical consistency.
  • Proven experience configuring CIF interfaces to guarantee seamless system exchanges.
  • Strong leadership to drive adoption of standards and best practices within teams.
  • Business expertise beyond S/4 MPS (ePPDS), including Supply Chain Planning best practices and S&OP/IBP integration with Master Planning.
  • Solid experience in complex discrete manufacturing to understand specific challenges and propose tailored solutions.
